Return Policy

Currently, we only handle exchanges for defective products and for orders where the wrong item was shipped. If you receive a new product that is defective or damaged, please contact OREGION BUSINESS WHATSAPP - +852 60927268 online store customer service within 3 working days, and provide a complete description along with corresponding photos and videos. Our customer service staff will contact the manufacturer within 7 working days, confirm the defect, and assist with the exchange process.

When exchanging, please use the original packaging box to properly package the product you wish to exchange for defects. If the original box is lost, please use another intact box for packaging. Do not paste or write directly on the original manufacturer's packaging. After the original product is received, a new product will be delivered to your specified location within 7 working days. (Only accepts delivery to regions listed in the local delivery list)

Important Notes

  • We remind you that we cannot accept product returns or exchanges under any of the following conditions:
  • Applications submitted after 3 working days have passed (calculated from the date the package is received, based on the courier's signing date).
  • Orders not submitted through this website’s order system.
  • Products purchased through other channels.
  • Personal consumable items, once opened, are not returnable, such as food, wet tissues, disinfectants, etc.
  • Returns did not include gifts with the shipment.

Shipping Policy

  • The actual delivery time will be calculated based on the items you selected in your order and the shipping time of the relevant merchant.
  • Our store's shipping times: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • OREGION reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, OREGION reserves the final decision-making authority.

Shipping Methods

Delivery Services

  • Local SF Express - SF Station / SF Smart Locker / Business Address / Residential (additional fees apply).
  • Free shipping promotion is only valid for a single shipment exceeding ¥1000. If customers need to split shipments, any additional shipping fees will be paid by the customer as freight collect.
  • Delivery time: Generally, items will arrive within 3 working days after dispatch, except when extra time is needed due to insufficient locations at pick-up points.
  • In case of any disputes, Oregion reserves the final decision-making authority.
